Boys High School Poll:#1)Greensboro Day School(14-1, last week beat Providence Day, off until Monday vs. MT. Zion at the MLK Classic)

#2)High Point Central(13-1, beat Page 71-56 on Tuesday, will play Oak Hill on Monday at MLK)

#3)Northeast Guilford(14-2, beat Dudley 60-48 on Tuesday, will play Rockingham County at home Friday)

#4)Dudley(10-3, lost to NEG, will play at Western Alamance on Friday)

#5)Ragsdale(14-2, beat Southwestern Randolph 65-46 on Tuesday)

#6)High Point Andrews(6-5, beat a 9-4 Glenn team on Tuesday)

#7)TIE:Smith(6-9, beat Northwest Guilford 47-40 on Tuesday)Grimsley(7-8, beat North Forsyth 72-64 on Tuesday.

Girls Hoops Poll:#1)Grimsley(16-1, beat Page last Friday and then knocked off NF 78-32 on Tuesday)

#2)Page(12-3, lost to Grimsley and then fell 53-48 to High Point Central on Tuesday, but did win the Little Four)

#3)TIE:Northeast Guilford(11-4, beat Dudley 52-47 on Tuesday, home versus Rockingham County on Friday)Dudley(10-4, lost to NEG on Tuesday, on the road against WA on Friday)

#5)Ragsdale(13-3, beat Southwestern Randolph 55-39 on Tuesday)

#6)Northwest Guilford(12-4, beat Smith 57-37 on Tuesday, will play at home vs. Page on Friday night)

#7)High Point Central(8-6, beat Page 53-48 on Tuesday)

#8)Southwest Guilford(10-5, beat Carver 47-38 behind Tyisha Bridges’ 19 points on Tuesday.  Very impressive considering Carver is 13-3 and just beat Dudley 61-49 last Friday)

  2. I agree with the two previous callers or comments and wonder if the Western Guilford boys might be cracking the poll soon. Good luck to Greensboro Day and High Point Central in the MLK games on Monday.
