The Grasshoppers took the Drive into Overtime, or as we say out in the Grandstand a few more minutes of no beer sales.
It was an exciting game as the Hoppers tied, then took the lead only to lose it BIG time. But you know it ain’t over until it’s over. In extra innings, Spike McDougall drove in Chris Coghlan at the bottom to of the 10th the win the game. Details can be found at the Minor League Baseball site, where they actually “Live Score” the game.
After the game, Miss Babe Ruth entertained the crowd. (I plan on getting a Video of Miss Babe Ruth in action – hopefully at the next homestand).
