Tracking Davidson

I spoke to Ron Davidson on Friday afternoon and learned that his son Eric had just finished fifth in the USA Outdoor Track and Field Championships in Lisle, Illinois. Eric’s throw was 135 feet and for ED it was a personal best in the Javelin competition.

Eric was a member of the the local Greensboro Champions Track Club but now trains and competes unattached, on his own, with his dad doing most of the coaching and this was a huge Track and Field meet for Eric and his family. They have worked very hard to reach this level. They will be traveling to a meet in Richmond, Virginia later this week and then on to Durham, N.C. later in the month.

Champions Track Club team member Bre’Anna Warren placed seventh in the girls competition and fellow team member Jasmine Baskerville was set compete in the Javelin on Saturday while Warren goes on in Shot Put and Discus competition.

Nice report from Ron Davidson out at Benedictine College in Lisle, Illinois. Good job by the Greensboro Champions at the USA Outdoor Track and Field Championships:Bre’Anna Warren and Jasmine Baskerville. Keep up the good work Eric Davidson now competing unattached and we look forward to your upcoming results.
