Tobias headed to Dodgertown

Greensboro Athlete Selected to Participate in the Dodgertown World Series
and Junior Olympics

GREENSBORO, NC: Baseball Factory would like to announce that Josh Tobias, of Greensboro, was recently selected to participate in the Dodgertown World Series and the Junior Olympics.

The Dodgertown World Series and Junior Olympics are national tournaments for the country’s top high school players. Last year there were over 20 different states represented in the Dodgertown World Series alone tournament. Dodgertown is the spring training facility for Major League Baseball’s Los Angeles Dodgers. Tobias’s strong performance at in front of Baseball Factory scouts earned him a place on the Baseball Factory invite-only teams.

The Dodgertown World Series will take place August 14 – 18, 2007 in Vero Beach, Florida.

The Junior Olympics will take place in June of 2008.

The shortstop is a 2011 graduate of Southeast High School. Baseball Factory wishes Josh the best of luck at the Dodgertown World Series, Junior Olympics and in all his future endeavors.
