Dog Gone It, or Don got it…..

FIRST HORIZON PARK IS GOING TO THE DOGS, AGAIN

The Greensboro Grasshoppers are proud to open its gates August 21 to all fans, two and four-legged, for Miss Babe Ruth’s second “Bark in the Park” of the season, sponsored by Novartis Animal Health in association with the Animal Rescue and Foster Program.

Dogs will be admitted to the ballpark with the purchase of a “Pooch Pass”, which is available for $3.00 at First Horizon Park. An accompanying registration form is also required.

The game-long event will take place on Natty’s Hill, allowing fans and their pups to socialize and enjoy the game. Complimentary pet sitting areas, clean-up bags, water and treats will also be made available to the participants. Pets and their owners are encouraged take part in the contests which include ‘Dog That Looks Most Like Owner’, ‘Biggest Dog’ and ‘Best Trick’ as well as the pre-game parade, which will begin promptly at 6:30pm from Natty’s Hill.

Participating dogs must be spayed or neutered and be current with all shots. All “Pooch Pass” proceeds go to the Animal Rescue and Foster Program.
