The 2007 gets started tonight and here is your Guilford County schedule from Herb Goins, Guilford County Schools athletics director.

WS Reynolds at Page**Paul Lambeth is picking Reynolds and he will cover the game for us.
Grimsley at East Wake**Fred Harris will be there for greensborosports.com and he is picking Grimsley.
Dudley at WS Carver**Dudley won this one last year and Dennis White and James Perry’s dad say the Panthers will win it again.
Atkins at Smith**This might be the only game that Smith wins this season.
Northwest at Southwest Guilford**SWG has the more experienced team coming back and they are the pick.
Ragsdale at Morehead**The Tigers have to beat the Panthers or it will be a long year and Ragsdale has experience at QB.
Glenn at High Point Central**There’s a lot of talk going around about Glenn and not much vibe on the street about HPC. Take the Bobcats.
Eastern Guilford at Rockingham County**It would be great if all of our Guilford County teams could win but the Cougars have the edge over the Wildcats here.
Asheboro at Western Guilford**The Blue Comets should roll all over the Black Hornets.
East Davidson at Southern Guilford**William Graves and his fellow Storm troopers must get off to a good start against ED. Southern should take this one 35-21. Greensborosports.com will be at the game and have complete totals at 11.(That’s by 11am on Satruday morning, but we will be there and that’s golden.)
@@@@@If you want to jump outside the county then Western Alamance @ Eastern Alamance is the game to see@@@@@

  • Paul said,

Whoa now Andy, I am not picking Reynolds at all, all I said is that they have more returning starters and that IF their offense gets going it could be a long night! Way to put words in my mouth, LOL.

  • Andy said,

The word on the street is Paul the Grimsley grad was picking Reynolds over
Page. Pirates44 was saying that yesterday and he feels Page will shock all in
attendance. Get out and enjoy the game and look for Paul, he’s the tall guy
with the beard wearing the Willie Nelson “T” shirt.
