Page vs. Grimsley at Jamieson Stadium-Whirlies by 11, 28-17 and on Thursday night at the same venue, the Page JV’s defeated Grimsley 41-18. Page went up early 21-0, then Grimsley came back to make it 27-18, and then the final was: Pirates in front big at 41-18. Eric Davidson scored his first high school touchdown for the Whirlies and the kicker Oliver, for Page, was very effective going 5-6 in extra points. Page had a solid passing game and their running game was steady. For Grimsley, the strength on Thursday night was passing with Shuping at quarterback.

Eastern Guilford at Reidsville-Reidsville Rams 49-14.
Rockingham County at Western Guilford-WG by 3, this ought to be a tight one.
High Point Central at Northwest Guilford-NWG in a battle of 2-5 teams. Vikings by 10.
Parkland at Southwest Guilford-Parkland Mustangs by 21.
Reagan at High Point Andrews-The HPA Raiders by a touchdown.
Smith at East Forsyth-Smith goes to 0-8 falling by 30.
