We caught Phil Gaffney today at the Tom Ward Basketball Luncheon, held at Guilford College.
Phil is the Athletic Director, Men’s Basketball Coach and teaches 5 Phys Ed classes at Guildford Technical Community College. North Carolina’s Community Colleges have recently added athletics as a student activity in order to make the two-year college program more rounded.
