Greensboro College in USAS Tournament

Congratulations are in order for The Pride women’s basketball team! For the third time in four years, Jason Tuggle’s team has won the USA South regular season championship.

As such, Greensboro College will host a USA South Women’s Basketball tournament quarterfinal game at 7:00 p.m. vs. N.C. Wesleyan on Tuesday.

When: Tuesday, Feb. 26, 7 p.m.
Who: The women host N.C. Wesleyan

Note: The Pride women (18-7, 15-3) are seeded first, while the Bishops (7-17, 4-14) are the eighth seed.

NOTE: The Pride men play at Shenandoah at 7:30 p.m.
Cost: As per USA South policy admission will be charged to all students, faculty and staff as well.
The following admission charges are in effect: General admission: $6, GC faculty-staff (with ID) $3, -Seniors: $3, -Children under 6 are free, -Students with ID are $3, but GC students will be FREE courtesy of Greensboro College Student Activities.

The GC men (11-14, 5-7) are the number six seed and #3 Shenandoah is 16-9, 6-6.
