Greensboro Womens Lacrosse 19, Methodist 12

Fayetteville, N.C. — Jennifer Donah scored 4 goals and dished 2 assists as Greensboro College defeated Methodist, 19-12, in a USA South game on Tuesday.

The win was the first of the year for The Pride (1-5, 1-1) and the first career collegiate victory for Coach Charlotte Dixon. Methodist dropped to 2-6, 1-1.

Santina Doldo and Christina Denney both collected 4 goals for GC. Stacey Pulskamp had 12 saves for the visitors. GC recorded 40 shots to 32 for the Monarchs.

GC led built a 7-2 lead in the first half and was ahead 9-6 at halftime. The Pride’s larges leads was 19-11 after Ashley Nolen (2g, 2a) tallied with 2:08 remaining in the contest.
