The Atlantic Coast Conference received four bids to the 2008 NCAA Men’s Basketball Tournament. North Carolina, Clemson, Duke, and Miami all received bids to the field of 65. Virginia Tech, the fourth place team in the ACC Regular Season did not get invited.

#1 North Carolina vs. #16 Coppin State/Mt. St. Mary’s winner (East – Raleigh, NC – Friday)
#2 Duke vs. #15 Belmont (West – Washington, DC – Thursday)
#5 Clemson vs. #12 Villinova (Midwest – Tampa, Fla. – Friday)
#7 Miami vs. #10 St. Mary’s Ca. (South – Little Rock, Ark. -Friday)
