  1. Clint is doing a great job for Army in his freshman season. Another great story is two Greensboro guys starting side by side for Army as Ragsdale’s J.P. Polchinski is the starting third baseman. J.P. a junior is hitting .267 with 2 hrs and 12 RBI’s and has a .930 fielding percentage at the hot corner. Started 19 games but missed the last game after suffering a slight concussion and is listed as day to day.

  2. You took the words right out of my mouth and you took them right off the web page. Good call on JP Polchinski. I have not listed any info on Army all season(and I’ve probably posted about 10 pieces) without mentioning Clint Moore and JP Polchinski in the same article. I always try to mention them both and I do believe I was the first person to write about this unique situation.

This is the first week I didn’t mention JP and it was becasue of the concussion and I was feeling his pain. He and Clint had started every game side-by-side on the left side of the Army infield until this weekend’s concussion which I believe may have occured on a collision with a Bucknell player. The Bucknell player may have casued the problem and in effect, taken Polchinski(from Ragsdale) out of the Army Black Knights lineup……
