UConn (35-1) vs. Rutgers (27-6)
Greensboro Regional Final – 9pm, Tonight – Greensboro Coliseum, ESPN

Number #1 UConn takes on No. 7 Rutgers tonight at the Greensboro Coliseum with a trip to the Final Four at stake. The Huskies have lost one game all season and that lone defeat came at the hands of the Scarlet Knights back on Feb. 5th (73-71). UConn won the rematch on its home court by 20 points (66-46) earlier this month. While UConn holds an advantage in the all-time series, 21-6, Rutgers has had success as of late, winning 4 of the last 7 meetings.

The game will be televised on ESPN but it will certainly help the city’s reputation as a women’s basketball hotbed if people get out and attend the game. The Coliseum will be offering the Family Four Pack – 4 Tickets, 4 Hot Dogs 4 Drinks for $44. Regular price tickets will also be sold but as Don mentioned in an earlier article, you can’t beat the $44 deal.
