Proehlific Power wins 7-3 over the Colorado Slammers in semis at Omaha…

The Proehlific Power were 7-3 winners over the Colorado Slammers earlier this afternoon in the tournament at Omaha, Nebraska.

This was the semifinal matchup for the Palomino team from Greensboro and the PP put up 7 runs on eight hits and committed one error. The Slammers came up with 3 runs on five hits and they were charged with 2 errors.

Michael Dimock was the winning pitcher and allowed the 5 Slammer hits while walking only two and striking out eight. Michael Wall led the Power hitters going 3-3 with 4RBI’s. Robbie McIntosh collected 2 hits and drove in one run while Lyle Donaldson and Alex Swim had one RBI each for the PP.

The Proehlific Power will play a team from Lincoln, Nebraska in the tournament championship later on this afternoon and we will have those results for you as they come. Good job by the Power and Good Luck to the boys in the Championship game.
