Greensboro College Pride Soccer Ranked in NSCAA National Poll

Greensboro College’s men’s soccer team will open the 2008 season in the national rankings. The Pride is rated 25th nationally in the NCAA Division men’s soccer coaches poll.

GC, which also closed 2007 in the 25th spot, posted a 14-5-3 record last year. The Pride won the USA South tournament for the third straight year and advanced to the second round of the NCAA playoffs. This season was also the 16th time Pride men’s soccer has won 10 or more games.

Under fourth year Head Coach Bill Brady, GC opens the season on August 30. GC faces Kean University at NC Wesleyan Tournament.
