from Jason Powell, prowrestling.net:
Powell says Mitchell was wrong and Hardy’s injuries were part of a work for tonight’s pay-per-view. Here’s Jason Powell’s update on what the WWE is trying to cook up for the Survivor Series…..

Edge is in Boston and is expected to return at the WWE Survivor Series pay-per-view tonight. F4Wonline.com reports that Edge is expected to be revealed as the culprit in the Jeff Hardy angle.

Powell’s POV: Hardy is expected to work the match and sell the injuries. Apparently, the storyline will be that Edge attacked Hardy in the stairwell and left him lying. I don’t mind the storyline, but it is sleazy for the company to leave people guessing about Hardy’s health, especially given his past issues.

One can only wonder how many people will read the Hardy headline on the WWE website, assume he’s not going to wrestle, and pass on tonight’s show. For that reason, I’m guessing the WWE website will make it clear that Hardy is going to appear on the show sooner rather than later.
