* Conference Game ** Tournament Game *** Playoff Game F=Forfeit

After winning eleven times last season, twelve starters, including key players at skill positions, are back for Wonders coach Ron Massey . Top RB Artrele Louis was an All Conference selection last year, finishing just shy of 1,000 yards rushing and scoring thirteen times via the ground, three more through the air, and two via kick returns. All Conference QB Jamil Lott is back for his final campaign, as is WR Antonio Johnson. On defense, the secondary should be solid and Defensive Ends Dwayne Stroud and Jacob Newman can get to the QB. There are pieces missing, but a good nucleus is back intact and another solid season seems likely.
(Before the season even started, the Wonders learned Artrelle Louis, the team’s leading rusher in 2007, wouldn’t be able to play.)

  1. Congrats to Dudley for making the top 100 high school football teams in the nation on rivals.com. I believe Dudley was ranked 90 and above Charlotte Independence.
