Greensborosports.com at Beef ‘O’ Brady’s tomorrow night

We’ll be right back in the thick of College Basketball Heaven when we return to Beef ‘O’ Brady’s for another Basketball Broadcast LIVE on the internet. If you are on the show, you can tell your people that you have been on world-wide television by of UStream TV and GREENSBOROSports.com.

The show starts at 7pm and you can click on The Basketball Show at the top of the page and watch the entire program from start to finish or go back later and watch the entire program on tape-delay.

This Thursday we will have Rod McCollough with us to start things off. He is the head boy’s coach for the Southern Guilford Storm. The Storm take on their arch-rival Eastern Guilford this Friday night at Southern. Coach McCollough will have seniors Will Burton, Coydarel Crook, and Desmond Seegars with him representing the SG Storm.

We will also have Dudley Panther Athletic Director Joe Godette and his son, senior Panther basketball player Trey Godette, with us at around 7:30 this Thursday. Joe Godette is in charge of the Dudley athletic department and he may be able to shed some light on the proposed Greensboro Day School-Dudley basketball game that is being touted for the Greensboro Coliseum on February 11.

Trey can talk to us on what it was like to hit point #61 in the Panthers’ 61-60 victory over Northern Guilford at Dudley a few weeks back. Trey can also get us ready for the BIG Dudley-Burlington Cummings game that is due up this Saturday night at Dudley. This has turned out to be a very active senior season for Trey Godette and his Dudley Panthers and we will talk about it in detail on Thursday night at Beef ‘O’ Brady’s.

Later on the show we will bring on Big Jim Modlin from Gold’s Gym on Battleground Avenue and Jim will get us up to date on all of the College Baskeball for this week. Wake Forest is now the #1 team in all the land and they have beaten Clemson on the road since we talked last week and now we have Clemson and North Carolina to talk about after their Wednesday evening encounter in Chapel Hill.

Duke has continued to win and they actually have the best ACC mark in the conference. We are now starting to see some major separation among the top to bottom teams in the league and we will break that down on Thursday night……Doug Cockman is out this week, but he will return next Thursday to take another look at the Atlantic Coast Conference with us at Beef ‘O’ Brady’s.

That’s at 7pm this Thursday, be sure to click on, and check it out…….
