  1. Let’s give a little kudos to the guards of Northern Guilford’s Varsity girls’ team in last night’s game proving that it’s not all about height in the game of basketball. With NE double-teaming center Samantha Coffer thorughout the game, she was allowed limited scoring of 8 points. Then with Coffer and Tamaseb, the two posts, in foul trouble early in the game, Williamson, Johnson, and Tessitore stepped up to the plate. A three-pointer on the buzzer by guard Jessica Johnson sealed the victory for Northern Guilford. What a game! What a win!

  2. I was at the NG/NEG girls game and what a game it was!! I really thought NG was gonna put the can on NEG when they took a 10pt halftime lead. But kudos to NEG for fighting back. But kudos definitely goes out to the entire NG roster as everybody worked for that win. We definitely appreciate Jessica johnson! Great win!

  3. I was at the NG / NEG game too and it was an exciting game! The NG girls worked hard and never gave up even after losing that 10 point half-time lead and a critical bad call by the ref in the final minutes of the game. NG girls have really pulled together this year and look really good as a team, with each and every player on the team coming out with a lot to offer. Great job Northern!
