Johnathan Hinson was a runningback for the Thomasville Bulldogs last year and made several state All-Star teams as a junior.

Next season Hinson will line up in the backfield at High Point Central and he brings these numbers with him to the new Metro 4-A II Conference:
Season Totals 2008: 190 carries… 1494 yards… 7.86 yards per carry… 135.8 yards per game….

The 4-A conference for HPC will be:
Northwest Guilford
Southwest Guilford
East Forysth

Johnathan Hinson showed at High Point Central this week and he is a former Thomasville Bulldog and now a Bison at HPC.

Watch out in the Metro 4-A II Conference! Here comes Hinson from High Point……

Most teams are changing conferences after this year because of realignment

HPC should be ok in that conference. NW, EF,Ragsdale lost alot of kids.

You have to be quick to catch up with tdn.

I got out of here and then it hit me like a Blindsided Bison. High Point Central won’t be in the old Metro 4-A next year. They will be in the new Metro II or whatever it will be called.

Maybe some of the teams will still meet the Bison even with the changes. Grimsley, Page, Smith, or others?

Time to spring forward to the fall of 2009 and all the new conferences.

It wouldn’t matter if Central had TO, LT or even OJ Simpson. They will not be a factor.

FYI BleedBlueAndWhite – Ragsdale returns 8 starters on offense and 8 starters on defense along with the punter and FG kicker. This past year was one of the smallest senior classes that Ragsdale has had. Will be a tough team to score against.
