Army gains split with Dartmouth on Sunday: Moore and Polchinski numbers

The NCAA tournament-bound Army Black Knights gained a split of a doubleheader with the Big Green of Dartmouth on Sunday, as the boys from West Point took game one, 8-7 and Dartmouth captured game two, 11-3, over the Cadets.

Clint Moore SS(Grimsley HS) was 2-4 with his 10th homer of the season and two runs scored in game one while JP Polchinski 3B(Ragsdale HS) went 1-3 with a run in game one.

Moore was 2-5 in game two and Polchinski went 3-4 and scored twice for the Black Knights.

The Big Green of Dartmouth are also NCAA tourney-bound.

  2. From what I’m seeing it’s Army versus #1 Texas in Round One, game one.

    Knock off the Longhorns and go from there and you’d have to think this game would be on TV since it has Texas in the loop.
