  1. Ryan Andrejco – OF Ragsdale will be playing with Catawba next year

Kyle Brandenburg- 3B Ragsdale will be at Campbell University.

  2. Where is Lassiter, Rose, Coffey, and Atkins going? I basically know about everyone else, I’m just curious to know

  3. Coffey has to decide between going to UNC as a student (and trying to walk on) or playing at a small school.

Kevin Sanders, the catcher from High Point Christian has opportunities.

  4. To: Joe

I believe Coffey is going to State, not UNC—in either case, @ that level he should plan to play club baseball. A fine youn man young man who could get a fine education @ a DIII school somewhere if playing baseball is that important to him.

  5. Jack, you may be right but as of 12 hours ago it was unc. Was looking at pharmacy school.

Keep in mind the unc bullpen catcher is a former Ragsdale player, started as a manager and then walked on to be the bullpen catcher in year 2. Not glamorus but he travels with the team to all games and is at practice every day. Right now he’s in Omaha and a lot of other kids are not. Coffey is probably suited for club ball but you never know. Some dreams come true.

  6. This is mainly about seniors, but some of the under classmen have committed…..

    Ray Crawford-UNCG
    George Carter-UNC
    Cal Sutphin-Liberty
    Ben Fultz-Liberty
    Etc……

I’ll get the book on Lassiter, Rose and Atkins…..I was hearing Rockkingham Community College on some of these kids with a transfer out in two years to a larger program……

  7. I hear that Brandon Wyrick will be attending Greensboro College to play baseball.

  8. Lassiter was going to Methodist to play baseball, but recently the word changed and now he is looking to attend ECU, just for school.

Wyrick to Greensboro College and Atkins to Pitt Community College just around the corner from ECU and Cody Walker from Grimsley has been at Pitt the past two years and they play GTCC on a regular basis.

Rose might be another one of those kids headed to RCC.

  9. Glen Clemmons, NWG, champions of the metro 4a conference, didn’t make a single error this past season and made some game saving catches as a center fielder, he hit .383 his on base % was close to .500…he did a hec of a job this year…he will be attending N.C. State.. School of Engineering…congrats go out to him
