Greensboro Colt Baseball update

In the first game Deep Creek upset unbeaten Kempsville 10 -0.

Greensboro Gray then also beat Kempsville 10 – 0 to win the East Region tournament!

Greensboro Gray now moves on to the East Zone Tournament at Memorial Stadium next week.

  1. Way to go coaching staff and players of the Greensboro Gray!!! You never gave up in this tournament even though you had your backs up against the wall. Like the great Yogi Berra said: “It ain’t over ’till the fat lady sings!!!!” Keep the momentum going!!!

  2. The best news was that a Greensboro Gray player turned in a wallet of a visiting Kempsville grandparent. Now that is being a good host.
