It was Santa Clara, California over our Greensboro Green team 10-0 in six innings on Sunday afternoon at the Colt Baseball World Series in Lafayette, Indiana.
It was a tight game early, but Santa Clara broke it open in the fourth inning to take control and they never looked back as the Green Team suffered a bit of a melt-down in the Sunday afternoon heat.
