All-Guilford Checklist with stats checker running

Like they say in the cab business, the meter is running and here are a few of the All-Guilford type performances from last week.

The Page Pirates’ runningbacks really get your attention with:
Drew Rogers 212 yards 3TD’s
Thuc Phan 152 yards and 2TD’s
Lenny Gordon 121 yards and 2TD’s
Kicker Austin Anthony 9-9 on PAT’s
(Offensive line gets a nod for a *****Star effort.) Page 63-27 over Northern Durham.

Ragsdale Tigers:
Kicker Kasey Redfern had two long field goals of 48 and 42 yards and he is a pupil from the Don Osborne School of Kicking in Thomasville. Refern also 4-4 on PAT’s……

LB Walt Sparks a big interception return for a TD to set the tone for the win over WG and Luke Heavner, DeSean Anderson and D’onovan Smith all added to the offensive effort. Tigers 34-7 over Western….

Southwest Guilford:
Airyn Willis 180 yards and 2TD’s in Cowboys’ win over Ledford.

Northwest Guilford:
Take your pick, RB Dalton Dillon continues to lead and score each week and Reade Ferguson had a huge two-point conversion catch to help post the 15-14 win for NWG over Smith which allowed the Vikings to remain unbeaten……….

Southern Guilford:
Warren Scott had 189 yards rushing and 2TD’s and Josh McDuffie had 3TD’s on the ground for the Storm….

Northeast Guilford:
Rayshawn Trader and Michael Sanders 2 TD’s each on long plays with Trader 68 yard run and 75 yard KO return and Sanders a 43 yard pass reception for a score and a five yard run for a score and Trey Ingram had a 29 yard TD run…..

Dudley:
Chris Simmons with two interceptions for the Panthers in the 12-7 win over Northern Guilford.

Major Bryant had several tackles and picked up a key fumble and returned it into scoring postion for Dudley while Davarris Martin made big plays when he took off and ran with the ball on two punting situations and picked up key first downs….Also Denzel Jones with defensive stops, an interception and strategically placed kickoffs…Running the ball in the second half, Gaylord and Peterson.

Nothern Guilford:
For the Nighthawks, one man stands head and shoulders above the rest and that is Keenan Allen. He does it all for his team and probably is the best overall player in the state of North Carolina……

High Point Central:
Drew Adams to Derek Grant is fast becoming on the area’s top hook-ups and Al-daquan Teasley had made a statement as the Bison’s top RB and Monk is right there with him and can anybody top what Jimmy Moorman is doing on defense? Austin Miller is a very solid kicker for HPC…

Smith:
I need to do some more checking for the Checklist, but from what I’ve seen already, Elijah Jordan had another steady game versus Northwest and the Golden Eagles kicker, Orlando Lopez is shining too and you have to give a lot of credit to the Smith offensive line for the fine job that they have been doing…..
