Quartet of TD passes by Seth Adams from Williams leads GC Pride over Ferrum

Ferrum, Va. – Freshman Seth Adams (Burlington, NC/Willliams) came off the bench to throw four touchdown passes as Greensboro College rallied from a 17-0 deficit to win, 27-24, at Ferrum College on Saturday.

The win was the first ever for The Pride at Ferrum. GC now trails in the series 11-2. Both GC and Ferrum are now 3-3, and 1-2 in the USA South.

Adams was 18-30, for 300 yards, 4 TDs and no interceptions.

The Pride hosts Christopher Newport, next Saturday at 7 p.m. It’s also The Pride’s homecoming.
