Moss Wins Fifth USAS Rookie Honor
Chakiris Moss of Greensboro College was selected the USA South Men’s Basketball
Rookie of the Week. The freshman guard scored a team-high 19 points in a 98-70 loss
to USA South foe Methodist in The Pride’s only contest last week. Moss also added a
team-high seven rebounds, two assists and two steals in the defeat. Moss has
won this honor five times so far this year.
