  1. Congrats to the Lady Bulldogs for pulling the upset of the tourney as they out husselled the LadyCats last night. If the shots had fallen, the story would have been a lot different and we all know it! It’s crunch time now…do or die…one and done… Our LadyCats will shake off the cobwebs and get their heads on straight. It’s time t and set your sights on your goals…these LadyCats have it in them and know what they need to do…it’s just time to rededicate their efforts to the rest of the season…

And now for a word to the parent “coaches” in the stands…word was given from a very reliable source that your presence on the sidelines “coaching” is a huge annoyance to the officiating crew and can be having a detrimental effect. Not only is it detrimental to the game, but have you ever thought about what you are doing to your daughters? Do us all a favor, be a true fan and CHEER for your team and let the girls play the game and the coaches do the coaching…after all, it is their job, not yours.

  2. I was at the game last night as I am most nights EGHS plays. It was not the same Lady Cats team we have become accustomed to seeing this season. They played about like they did in their second game against Southwest… But hey, everyone has bad games. They just cant afford any more!

As far as the “assistant coaches” that Sounds like… is referring to… I am only assuming you are talking about the two parents that sit on the sidelines that yell constantly from tip off until the final buzzer. It’s nerve racking! The only break we in the stands get is when our cheerleaders drown them out! As far as last night goes, I dont think they lost the game for the team, but they certainly cannot be helping their cause with the officals, ESPECIALLY IF THE OFFICIALS ARE MAKING COMMENTS ABOUT THEM! Sometimes we in the stands wish our athletic director would just step over and ask them to SHUT UP!!!
