  1. Very exciting game, with a lot of great plays. Both teams shot well, Smith seemed better from the outside & NW seemed better on the inside tonight. There were a few NW missed free throws that they would probably like to shot over, but they made enough. Smith showed a lot of heart coming back from 13 down at the half to take the game to OT.

  2. 18-0 run by NWG to close out the first half, with the score going from 25-20 Smith to 38-25 NWG at halftime and as you mentioned, Smith battled back to take it to OT and this game was everything we thought it might be and maybe a little more…Like four minutes of overtime more…..

  3. From Charlotte Observer: LOOKING PAST THE VIKINGS:

STRUGGLING: Ardrey Kell needed OT and a rally to beat 10-15 North Davidson Monday. The Knights have struggled in the past few games and need to fix it. Wednesday they host 12-15 Northwest Guilford. My guess, they play at Winston-Salem Reagan Friday for the right to go to the regionals.

Big Mistake: NW can play with any team in the state at this point in the season.
