  1. Nighthawks did not hit the ball all that well, but found a way to win the ball game with great pitching and teamwork.

I am a baseball fan and i have been to several high school games so far this season, I know everyone talks about there respected teams but Western Guilford has a good ball club and i saw Northern Guilford tonight and i thought they were a decent ball club. I was under the understanding that Northern only had 1 pitcher in Carter but the kid they threw tonight pitched a heck of a game. As a team i did not think they were impressing but i bet by the end of the year they will be a very good ball club. They have some very good players in the middle of there order with Carter and Arendas and according to one of the parents they are missing a important player in there line-up. Like i said earliers i was not super impressed with this team but come April this team will be a team to be reckoned with. By the way Northern people who is the kid that plays 2nd base? i was impressed with him!
