HS Baseball Tonight 3/19/2010

Southeast Guilford 9
Southern Alamance 6

SEG goes to (4-0) in the Metro 4-A and now the Falcons are (6-1) overall. Dylan Shutt got the win in relief of Ty Powell and at the plate for SEG, Colby Keene had a two-run homer, Josh Tobias had a two-run triple, Shutt had a triple and a single, Tanner Hodgin had two RBI’s and all of the Falcons contributed to the win and they kept coming back, down 1-0, up 2-1, down 4-2, tied 4-4, down 6-4 and they got up 7-6 and went on to win it 9-6 and they remain in first place in the Metro Conference pending the outcome of WG-Grimsley and the Hornets and Falcons may still be tied for first. Good team effort tonight by SEG….(Looks like WG and SEG still tied for the top spot in the Metro.)
