Grading system for All Guilford Girls Basketball teams

This is a formula that is used to grade out players and how they fare against their
position. In the conclusive grading system as far as basketball goes, this includes
totalling up scoring average, assists, rebounds, steals and blocks. Below based on
facts this is how each All Area Guilford County Womens Basketball players fared and
graded out that were selected by the Greensboro News and Records First, Second and
Third Teams.

Top Guards

1. Megan Buckland (Mcguiness) 19.8 ppg, 7.8 rpg, 4.5 apg, 4.8 spg, .9 bpg = 37.8
(selected First Team) ( Team finished 23-7 and won state championship game ) (12-4 finishing 3rd in conference for Bishop McGuinness.)

2. Miranda Jenkins (Eastern Guilford) 14 ppg, 4.3 rpg, 5.4 apg, 3.3 spg, 2.0 bpg =
29.0 (selected Third team) ( Team finished 24-4: 1st in conference 13-0; Advanced to
Sectional championship game)

3. Zena Lovette (SWG) 14.8 ppg, 5.6 rpg, 3.4 spg, 3.0 apg = 26.8 (selected First
team)( Team finished 20-7: First in conference 11-1: Advanced to second round of
Sectional playoffs )

4. Capricia Small (Eastern Guilford) 13 ppg, 4.4 rpg, 5.0 apg, 2.3 spg, 1.5 bpg =
26.1 (selected second team) (Team finished 24-4: 1st in conference 13-0: Advanced
to Sectional Championship game.

7. Brittany Clancy ( Western Guilford ) 15 ppg, 5 rpg, 3 spg, 2 apg = 25.0 (selected
third team) ( Team finished 11-14: 5th in conference: Out after 1st round of
playoffs)

8. Breonna Patterson (Dudley) 16.4 ppg, 3 rpg, 2 apg, 2 spg = 23.4 ( selected First
team) ( Team finished 24-5 :1st in conference 11-1: Advanced to Sectional
Championship game)

9. Gretchen Bennett (NWG) 15.5 ppg, 2.5 rpg, 3.1 apg, 1.9 spg = 23.0 ( selected
