Impact Baseball is reporting that Northeast Guilford high school standout switch-hitting infielder, right-handed hurler Luis Paula has made a verbal commitment to the University of North Carolina.
Impact Baseball also reminds everyone, that you will see Luis Paula playing with the Dirtbags again in 2010.
Very good ball player and what makes it so nice is that the young man has good grades also. Lots of luck to him in the future and watch for his name in the MLB!
What GREAT news for Luis Paula! Congrats to his family! It is great to see another kid who developed at The Greensboro Batting Center most of his baseball life move on to bigger and better things in baseball. I’m also happy for his Dad Miguel, who for years coached in our travel ball system. GOOD LUCK!
