SEG Junior Legion baseball tonight at 7pm at Falcon Field as Southeast meets Post 63.

The SEG crew got rained out Monday, in game that only went one full inning, with Kernersville at SEG; and then the Falcons took to the road to claim a win on Tuesday, at Finch Field in Thomasville, where the Falcons stopped the Tommies, behind 14 K’s from Falcon starting pitcher Craig Jacobelli…….

Last night SEG pulled into Randleman and got 10-runned by the Tigers, in what became a game filled with Falcon miscues and tonight the Falcons are back home to meet Post 63 Black….

The SEG Junior Legion Falcons got to play on the road this week, when everybody else in Greensboro was getting rained out, and tonight we get to see if the Falcons can get in a full game at Falcon Field and see if they can fight off the weatherman and his evil forecasters……(Chilton, Brock, Matthews, Dave Wright, Lee Kinard, Glenn Scott, Dave Aiken, Pau Gasol, Skip the Prize Guy, Van Denton, Emily Byrd and Charles Ewing…..)

Game time 7pm at Falcon Field on the Southeast Guilford campus……

Radio airtime is 6:45 on AM950…….

Dominating performance on the mound tonight by DJ Flinchum! He pitched a 2 hit shut-out with 11 K’s!! The SE bats came alive giving some much needed run support and the Falcons are looking good.

The game had a great pace (1:40) on a near perfect (meaning no rain) night at the ballpark.

Let’s do it again Friday night!

We will have a full report on this game here tomorrow at the site…

A fine effort by Flinchum and the Falcons tonight and DJ also added a two-run, two-out triple, to boast the SEG offense…

Everything you are saying is dead on Chris and Flinchum’s catcher, Devin Sweet, did a fine job for him behind the plate…A seven-inning complete-game shutout by Flinchum and one heck of a night at SEG Falcon Field…

More details on Friday and again, good job by the SEG Junior Legion team….
