In the second round and beyond played on Sunday, Smith beat Page, High Point Andrews beat East Chapel Hill, Southwest Guildford beat Wheatmore, Ragsdale beat Trinity.

Then, Andrews beat SW by 10 and Ragsdale beat Smith by 1.

Andrews jumped to a 19-0 lead and won the championship game by beating Ragsdale 59
to 34.

  • time 2 work said,

Ragsdale went 6-1. 16-4 overall for the summer so far. 4 losses to Andrews, Olympic, Concord and Person. All on 2nd or 3rd games of the day. 3 of the 4 were conference champions last year. No excuses. Starters playing a lot of minutes bench still developing. Should be fine come season – Believe scrimmage Grimsley and High Point Christian Thursday at Ragsdale.

Andrews appear about 10 deep. Most likely conference favorite.
