CLEVELAND, Ohio – East Carolina women’s basketball head coach Heather Macy will be a featured speaker at one of three Nike Basketball Championship Clinics, scheduled for October 8-10 at Cuyahoga Heights High School in Cleveland, Ohio.

Macy will lead a discussion from 9-10:15 a.m. on Oct. 9 about her “Transition Inter-State Offense” and guide on-court demonstrations using players.

Other featured speakers for the Cleveland clinic include head coaches Bob Huggins (West Virginia University), Jay Wright (Villanova University), Mark Few (Gonzaga University), Bruce Weber (University of Illinois) and Leonard Hamilton (Florida State).

Before her arrival at ECU, Macy-coached squads at Francis Marion University won the past three NCAA Division II team scoring titles and in five seasons as a college head coach (three at FMU and two at Pfeiffer University), she has compiled a 115-39 record – including back-to-back 27-5 campaigns with the Patriots.
