We had a pretty good race.
I thought the logistics of the event went really well.
With a little more work the NE Park course can become a very good cross country venue.

I still remember when I beat NEG’s top runner Mike Wirth in the Mid-South 5K back in the day and a good run is good for the body and the mind….
I want to truly congratulate all of the participants. And i would like to say how proud I am of Southwestern Randolph’s girls team. They kicked some butt! Coach Khan is the best coach I have ever met. She brought these girls to the top! Great job!

I am glad you saw this.
I agree about Coach Khan.
She is very good. I had to convince her to vote for herself as coach of the year.(She is too humble).
She did an outstanding job with her girls this year. Her team was 3rd last year.
I had these results sent to myrandolphsports.com but I have not seen them posted yet.
If you come to Northeast Guilford Friday for our football game with SWR the meet results will be announced over the PA.

Meet Director Mid -piedmont 3A Cross Country Championships
I am sooooo proud of Coach Khan…She has put alot of her own sweat and tears into this team and her hard work shows through these girls. What drives Coach Khan is her heart and desire to push these girls to be their best. It is very hard to beat a team that is driven by heart and desire.
Congrats to all the runners and Coach Khan for giving the school something to be proud of and remember all of their lives.
