*****CULLOWHEE, N.C. — DeAndrew Presley ran for three touchdowns and Appalachian State defeated Western Carolina 37-14 on Saturday.

Presley had 185 yards on 21-for-29 passing, and had another 87 on nine carries as the Mountaineers (7-0, 5-0 Southern Conference) extended their conference winning streak to 25 games. It was also Appalachian State’s 24th win in the last 26 meetings with Western Carolina (2-6, 1-4).
