Brandon Peguese (Greensboro, N.C./Grimsley High School) has been named First Team All-MEAC on defense. Peguese is tied for second in the MEAC in sacks (7.0, 0.70 per game) and is second in the conference in tackles for loss (21.0 for 86 yards).

Peguese is 6’1 250 pounds and plays LB/DE for the Hampton University Pirates, who just topped Morgan State back on Saturday and HU finished at (6-5/5-3) for the 2010 season…..

Man that guy was one heck of a player at grimsley, does anyone know why he left Usf to go to hampton

  • Andy said,

It was something about wanting to play more at linebacker and not just be a rush end on defense as they had him locked in at South Florida….Hampton has given Peguese a chance to excel….
