Toy admission to Saturday’s ORMA game, with all toys collected to help the Foster Friends…

This Saturday, December 4th at 7 pm in Bonner Field House, anyone bringing in a new, unwrapped toy will be admitted to the Oak Ridge Military Academy game against Body of Christ Academy, at no charge.

The toys will be used for the Foster Friends event that will be held in Bonner Fieldhouse on Saturday, December 18th. Please help out with this event and spread the word to as many of our fans, family and friends who are coming to the game this Saturday.

Also, there will NOT be a JV game against High Point Christian this Saturday at
5:30 PM as was previously scheduled that game will be re-scheduled possibly as
early as next week. Thus, there will only be a Varsity game at 7:00 PM on
Saturday against Body of Christ Academy from Durham.

Please help us support a very important event…”Christmas for Kids” on Saturday,
December 18, 2010 from 10 am – 2 pm in Bonner Field House on the campus of Oak Ridge Military Academy. Anyone brining in a new, unwrapped toy to this Saturday night’s game (December 4th at 7 pm) against Body of Christ Academy, will receive free admission. The toys will be donated to Foster Friends of North Carolina, to give out to foster children attending the event on December 18th. They are anticipating anywhere between 400 – 500 families to attend the event. Several groups are working on getting toys together, to ensure every child receives a gift. Kevin and Delana Harvick will make an appearance at the event as well. Due to the nature of the organization holding the event, it is not open to the public, but everyone’s support is needed to help ensure its success.

Another event is being held on December 16th; please see details and link
below. If you have any questions, please contact Beth Larson at Foster Friends
of NC. Her email address is beth@fosterfriendsnc.org You may also contact
Terrill Sandiford at terrill@tjffoundation.org or Abby Lipsky at the Kevin
