  • just sayin said,

    Andy,

This is just High Point and HPE area players…..Where is the complete list for Piedmont and Metro???

  • HS Football said,

Agree just sayin…….Looks like this is just the list of players that the HPE covers.

  • Andy said,

These names come from just the schools that the High Point Enterprise covers and they don’t cover the NWG Vikings….

My assupmption by process of elimination is that Coach Joe Woodruff is your Coach of the Year…..Coach Norwood(Ragsdale) didn’t get it, Coach Jones at HP Central didn’t get it, Aldine Payne at Glenn didn’t get it and Coach Schwarzer at Southwest did’t get it…

    Let’s say:
Joe Woodruff(Northwest Guilford) Coach of the Year

From NWG I would say that on the All-Conference you would have:
    Matt Pawlowski
    Matt Sugg
    Alex Pauley
    Reid Baxter
    Dalton Dillon
    Nolan Carper(was that #7)
    Austin Pauley
    Chris Eley
and Matt P.’s top receiver other than Baxter and I’ll have to go get his name(Chirs Eley)…..Those are my predictions and we’ll see…May need another linemen…..
Possibly P/K Garrett Stuart….Did not see the Ragsdale kicker Brad Davis on here or the two HP Central kickers Max Law and Austin Miller, although all three made All Conference soccer; Davis, Law and Miller……

Great job by all these young men! Being selected to the All-Conference team is a real honor.

Congrats to all SG players mentioned. I watched them play twice and I know they had a good year, with an extremely young team.

Best of luck to all as you start to prepare for next season!

Hey Andy! Matt P.’s other top receiver at NWG would be Ryan Overcash, if you are looking at statistics. I would think Eley makes it though because of his rushing yardage as well.

  • Andy said,

Thanks for the note on Ryan Overcash.

  • Darren Mitchell said,

@ WIZARD I wanna say thanks for coming to see us play. and thanks for the congrats cause its really hard to get defensive player of the year. yea that was a real honor.
