GUILFORD COLLEGE TO INTRODUCE NEW HEAD FOOTBALL COACH ON WEDNESDAY, JANUARY 5

Tommorow the Guilford College Quakers will be introducing Chris
Rusiewicz (ruh-SEV-itch) as Guilford’s new head football coach.
This is the first head coaching position for Rusiewicz, who has spent
the last 10 seasons as an assistant coach at NCAA Division III Ursinus
College in Collegeville, Pa. He earned the 2010 American Football Coaches
Association (AFCA) Assistant Coach of the Year Award in November and will be
honored at the annual AFCA Convention Jan. 10 in Dallas, Texas.

The announcement concludes a national search conducted to identify a successor to Kevin Kiesel, who served as the Quakers’ head coach from 2005-2010.

This looks like a quality hire to me. Ursinus had one of the best defences in Division 3 last year under this new coach.
