that makes no sense..should be all or nothing

So I guess the Page freshman needs more time the heal her broken wrist.

Man I wish people would just let the kids be! Smith girls already had a game scheduled for the 8th. Not everyone has alterior motives.

Makes sense if Smith girls already had a game scheduled…..When Kea gets back, she will be among the Top Ten girls HS players in town and not far out of the Top Five…..If you want to get Page, you better try and get them while she is out…..She is a very good one, but she had a hairline fracture and that is not a simple injury….She’ll probably be gone another three weeks, I would think, but I am not a doctor so I don’t know for sure….But when she gets back, look out….When players are laid up and out for a while they usually come back very strong and she will be no exception, based on what I’ve seen….

I saw Kea for the first time when she was about 8-10 years old over at the Lewis Center and I felt then and there that there was something unique and special about this kid and then I saw her about 5 years later when she was in Middle School and I knew that this kid had it…..

Let’s just hope she gets to use her skills again soon for her Page Pirates……To me she is ahead of where Jasmine Gill was as freshman….But that is just me, I am pulling for the kid to come back soon……

will the golden eagles took a good fight against the whirles last night 45-39 victory from grimsley that make us first in the conference also we are 8-5 and 4-0 in conference but we got the big man eric ebron back with us on the court but the smith golden eagles are ready to took on the page pirates on saturday but u know this is true page is not going to be ready to win against the #1 conference leaders the best team in the metro 4A standers but we will become 9-5 after we beat hight point central bisons and the get in conference mood to take a great victory win to become 10-5 and then we will be still be underfeated in the conference mood with 5-0

The Smith vs Page varsity boys game this Saturday is sure to be the marquee game of the weekend. With both teams rolling strong. I think Smith has one advantage not many people are paying attention to. Page is facing an improving Dudley team on Friday night that is sure to take a lot out of them. Then they turn around to play a Smith team that is sure to push the pace. Thats a tough two day turn around. I really wish the girls were playing over the past two years that matchup has become a great one everygame. I saw them play in the PHI finals last year where Smith won. Then four days later they played a barn burner at Smith with Page controlling the whole game untill the final seconds when Quan Greer hit a floater to send the game into OT where Smith girls eventually won. This Page vs Smith rivalry has really turned up on the boys and girls side.

Page girls are not trying to prolong games because of the freshman with the broken wrist (which is not a broken wrist). Our girls are not afraid to play any team. Give me any team in Guilford County..take one of their key players (matter of fact there point guard) and let me know if they are still a top-notch contender. Heck, Maya Moore had a bad game and stanford beat them. The show must go on..in athletics..players get hurt and the others have to step up. No need to be afraid…because you should be able to contend against a team when 3-4 players (key players) are playing through injuries. Talk noise after we have our whole squad..because with everyteam..it take EVERYONE to win a game!!!
