Four Cowboys go double-digits as Southwest Guilford gets Glenn 87-81….

On a chilly Saturday afternoon the conference matchup between the Bobcats and
Cowboys was made up from last Friday. The change-up of routine didn’t hinder either team.

It was a back and forth scrappy battle that never seemed under control until
the final seconds. The Cowboys were up by 5 after the first half 46-41. The second
half had the Cowboys lose their lead as Glenn took a 57-55 lead midway through the third. But in a heartbeat, the Cowboys retook a 67-61 at the end of the quarter.

Southwest then pushed the lead to 78-67. The Bobcats came storming back to make the game interesting at 79-78. The Cowboys were able to were able to fight it out and hang on for a 87-81 win, moving to 11-4 (3-0).
