We’re proud to announce, Greensboro’s own, former Dudley athlete Amanda Hairston(Bethune-Cookman), is the MEAC’s Rookie of the Week for a 2nd time this season!

Hairston (Forward, 6-0, Fr., Greensboro, North Carolina) posted 25 points, 12
rebounds, three blocks and six steals as the Lady Wildcats finished 1-1 mark last
week. Leading her team in scoring against North Carolina A&T, Hairston recorded 17
points, five rebounds and five steals adding one block for the night. Averaging 12.5
points and 6 rebounds per game, Hairston also shot 69-percent from the field for the
week.

I saw her in the N C A&T game she really looks good.
I bet UNCG hate they missed out on her I thought she had comitted to UNCG.
Why did A&T not recruit her that was one of the questions I asked at the game .
I was told by one of the athletic personnel that they did not recruit many locals.
BELIVE ME THEY MISSED THIS ONE THIS YOUNG LADY CAN PLAY.
