Can Cutler cut it? He walked out on the Bears and sat down on Sunday….

Should the Chicago Bears have put quarterback Jay Cutler back in the game on Sunday???? Was Cutler tough enough to take it and could he have still played against that strong Green Bay Packers’ defense? Fans and even NFL players are saying that Cutler couldn’t cut it and that he sat out cause he didn’t want to go back into the game…..Many feel that other QB’s in the league would have been back in that game including Tom Brady, Peyton Manning, Drew Brees, Philip Rivers and others….The fans and critics say the league’s elite quarterbacks would have gone back out there and fought on, even if they were injured, but that Cutler couldn’t cut and sat down and stayed down for the count…..

The Chicago Bears have come to Cutler’s defense and here is some of what they are saying…..

LAKE FOREST, Ill. — Jay Cutler finally got some protection.

The Chicago Bears rushed to their quarterback’s defense on Monday, blasting current and former players who in Twitter posts questioned his toughness for sitting out most of the second half of Sunday’s 21-14 NFC championship game loss to Green Bay with a knee injury.

“I think it’s crap,” general manager Jerry Angelo said.
