What is it about these Charlotte Bobcats under new coach Paul Silas??? After last night’s win at Phoenix, they are (2-0) on their current six-game road trip and the team is playing some ball…..They are getting help in all kinds of directions and just look at how many different players stepped up last night….

They had six guys in double-digits in the 114-107 win over the Suns….Check it out:
Stephen Jackson 23 pts
Gerald Wallace 22 pts and 10 rebounds….
Boris Diaw 18 pts
DJ Augustin 15 pts
Gerald Henderson 15 pts
Kwame Brown 12 pts and 10 rebounds

The Bobcats are now (10-6) under interim Coach Silas and even though they lost Tyrus Thomas to injury, these guys are in the hunt, right in thick of the NBA playoff race……Can they keep it up? We’ll know more after these next four road games, but if they can go 4-2 or hit 3-3 on the road, then they are a team that needs to be watched….

I don’t get to watch them, but I listen to them on the radio, on my way from the high school games at night……

Makes for a good listen and listen up……I like this team, not a bunch of cast-offs, but a good group of young hungry players……Gerald Wallace was an unknown until he landed in Charlotte, at least I had never heard of him…..Gerald Henderson is making things happen, now that he is getting a chance to play some decent minutes and DJ Ausustin has relaxed and he is running this team in a positive way from the point……..And just to keep things honest, Stephen Jackson can get down and dirty with the best of them in this league…….

Check them out, not a bad bunch………
