Sting vs. Undertaker at Wrestlemania 27: Jim Ross says no, but you never know???

The New York Daily News is reporting that former WCW/NWA and recent TNA star Sting, has signed a one-year deal with the WWE and that he will face The Undertaker, at Wrestlemania 27 in Atlanta, Georgia…..

Jim Ross is saying in his blogs at JR’s BBQ Blog that the match will not happen and you won’t see Sting at Wrestlemania 27 or any time soon in the WWE, for that matter…..

We don’t cover very much pro wrestling these days at the site, since there have been so many changes in recent months and the overall product has been watered down to the point, where the entertaiment value has completely eroded….

But this is BIG NEWS….Sting is from the old neighborhood so to speak and The Undertaker has never lost a match at Wrestlemania….I have always felt Sting was the one true holdout, the only wrestler from the modern era, that did not cross-over to the WWE/WWF…..

Will it happen in the next few months and will it ever happen at all????? Ross says no and he is the consumate yardstick that measures what will happen in this business…If nothing else, it makes for good reading and for good conversation….

  1. I would buy Wrestlemania 27 JUST for Sting/Taker.

Though I would imagine Kevin Nash, COUGH Diesel, against Big Show would be more likely to happen.

I know WWE’s wanted to Sting in the Hall of Fame so long as he’s not in TNA and as of right now, he’s not.
