DJ Reader and Brock Stadnik have been listed as two of the top high school football players, for the 2011 season in the state of North Carolina…
Reader(Grimsley HS) at 6’3/330 and Stadnik(Western Guilford HS), 6’5/280 are both highly thought of interior linemen and they have been classified as blue chip prospects….
The reports on these two top-notch linemen were coming in from the News and Observer, out of Raleigh and from the News and Record, from Greensboro….Greensborosports.com has observed the talents of these two athletes over the past several years and the value of these guys, is no new news to us…..Any college in the country would love to have either one of these players….They are excellent players and maybe Stadnik goes as a blocker and Reader as a defensive lineman, who knows for now……DJ can do them both, tackle and block and he can shoot free throws and hit home runs too…..
Senior Daniel Downing(QB/WR/DB) at Northern Guilford will be another player to watch out for next year, as will juniors Reid Baxter at Northwest and TJ Logan at Northern, both RB’s and QB’s on the watch list should include Matt Pawlowski at NWG and Jamie Cunningham at Southern Guilford…..With these young men let’s add in James Summers at Page(QB) and Drew Rogers from Page HS(RB)….
Let’s also add in Brandon Banks from Southwest Guilford….He was Piedmont Triad 4-A Conference Player of the Year as a junior and he is looking forward to a very strong senior campaign, vs. the likes of Ragsdale, NWG, HPC and others….
Are we leaving anyone out, if so, let us know…….
