Greensboro College continued its ascent in the national polls. The Pride is now 12th in the D3Hoops poll, up from #16. In the WBCA ledger, GC is 12th after tying for that spot last week.
After its win over Piedmont on Sunday, The Pride tied the 2008-09 team for most consecutive wins (21). With a victory on Wednesday vs. NC Wesleyan, Greensboro would tie the 2007 Lebanon Valley team for the best one season win turnaround (14 games) in NCAA DIII history.
